Medium Gaitania is the kind of coffee that makes specialty coffee easy to love—balanced, approachable, and full of character.
From Gaitania, Tolima, Colombia, this washed coffee brings together notes of maple, candied lemon, and dark chocolate for a cup that is naturally sweet, bright, and comforting. It comes from the ACEDGA cooperative, a community of 72 farmers, including 17 women, who have worked together since 2006 to improve the quality and opportunities around their coffee.
That connection to the people and place behind the coffee is exactly what we love about Jade & Elise. We want every coffee we share to do more than taste good. it should introduce you to the people, communities, and incredible coffee-growing regions behind every cup.
Smooth sweetness. Bright citrus. Rich chocolate. Colombian roots.
This is an everyday specialty coffee with enough character to make every cup feel a little more special.
