Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Coffee Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our coffee shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring product quality, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise baristas and other staff.

• Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment.

• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory costs.

• Quality Control: Ensure food and beverage quality and consistency according to company standards.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.

• Marketing & Promotion: Support local marketing efforts and promotions to increase traffic and sales.

• Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Reporting: Maintain records of sales, staff performance, and inventory.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Coffee Shop Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Basic understanding of financial principles (e.g., budgeting, cost control).

• Knowledge of coffee and café operations is a plus.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or business is a plus.
